This is what the start of a demo job looks like when it's done right. Equipment staged, debris contained, and a clear plan in place before the first bite ever hits the structure.
We're set up with a CAT mini excavator and a track skid steer - two machines that give us the control and flexibility needed on a residential site like this. The mini ex lets us work precisely in tighter spaces without tearing up everything around it. The skid steer handles material movement and cleanup as we go. Running both together keeps the job moving efficiently and keeps debris from piling up into a mess.
The rolloff dumpster on site is a big part of doing this cleanly. Demo without a proper waste plan turns into a headache fast. Everything comes down in a controlled way and gets sorted into that container as we work - so the site stays manageable from start to finish.
A lot of people don't realize how much planning goes into a demo before anything gets torn apart. You have to know what's coming down, in what order, and how you're keeping the surrounding area safe and clean. That's the part we take seriously on every job, whether it's a small structure or a full home tear-down.
If you've got an old home or structure that needs to come down, the process doesn't have to be complicated. We handle everything from the initial demo work through final site cleanup - so you're not left with a half-cleared lot and a pile of questions.
