Jaiden and the crew from Caldwell Demolition & Land Clearing are by far the best contractor I have worked with in my career. They demolished an old garage and did some land clearing on my property in gurnee IL. The service was nothing but exceptional, highly recommend!!

Very happy that I found Caldwell Demolition & Land Clearing on-line. I received numerous quotes on having my property cleared of three old trailers, having trees & brush cleared, and the property leveled and properly graded. I knew as soon as I met Jaiden that I would be signing a contract with him. Jaiden completely understood the scope of the work and offered a detailed proposal at at a very reasonable price. He started on time and worked through whatever was thrown at him, including some torrential downpours, to ensure that all work would be completed in time. Not only did Jaiden exceed my expectations but upon his completion, he gave me a swag bag full of Caldwell merch, some toys and treats for the guard dogs, and coupons towards our next project. Don't let his age fool you!! Jaiden is one of the hardest working 18 year olds that I've ever met.
