I have been nothing but impressed with Jaiden and Caldwell Demolition. From start to finish, they were consummate professionals and exceeded our expectations. We unfortunately experienced a house fire at our property in Lake Geneva and ultimately needed to have the home demolished and completely hauled away. I’ll admit, when I first met Jaiden, I was a little skeptical simply because he was much younger than I was expecting. However, those concerns disappeared very quickly. He was knowledgeable, professional, thorough, and incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. Jaiden regularly checked in, kept us informed of the progress, and was extremely patient and accommodating as we worked through the insurance process and the various details surrounding the demolition. He followed through on what he said he would do and made a difficult situation much easier for our family. I would highly recommend Jaiden and Caldwell Demolition to anyone needing demolition services. They did an outstanding job, and we could not have been happier with the experience.

He tackled an immense task of removing decades worth of garbage that was dumped on a vacant lot that is close to an acre in size. He accomplished this epic task in two days. Very happy that I found Caldwell Demolition & Land Clearing on-line. I received numerous quotes on having my property cleared of three old trailers, having trees & brush cleared, and the property leveled and properly graded. I knew as soon as I met Jaiden that I would be signing a contract with him. Jaiden completely understood the scope of the work and offered a detailed proposal at at a very reasonable price. He started on time and worked through whatever was thrown at him, including some torrential downpours, to ensure that all work would be completed in time.
