Some properties just aren't working for you yet. Maybe it's a rough, overgrown lot that's been sitting idle, or a commercial space that needs a clean, functional surface before anything else can happen. That's exactly the kind of job we take on - turning unusable ground into something that actually serves a purpose.
This one was in Crystal Lake. The goal was straightforward: clear the ground, work it down properly, and get it ready for gravel. We brought out two CAT skid steers fitted with land plane and mulching attachments - the right tools for breaking down debris, leveling rough terrain, and getting a solid base ready for the next phase.
A lot of guys will just push stuff around and call it done. We don't work that way. Getting a gravel lot to hold up and drain correctly starts with the groundwork - literally. If the base isn't prepped right, you'll be dealing with ruts, soft spots, and drainage headaches before long. We take that prep seriously so the finished surface actually lasts.
Whether it's a gravel driveway, a commercial parking area, or raw land that needs to be cleared and shaped before any surface goes down - this is what we do. We show up with the right equipment, the right crew, and we get it done.
