Some properties just sit there - overgrown, unusable, and kind of an eyesore. That's what we were dealing with here. A rough lot that had no real function, covered in scrub growth, with zero usable space to speak of. The kind of property that makes you think 'what do I even do with this?'

We started with a full land clearing - getting rid of all the overgrown vegetation and getting the ground down to something workable. Once the lot was cleared and graded out, we got grass seed established across the open areas. That straw matting you see laid down across the ground is there to hold moisture and protect the seed while it gets established. It's a simple but important step a lot of people skip.

The gravel parking area ties the whole thing together. Instead of leaving the lot as just a cleared open space, we built in something that's actually functional from day one. A solid gravel surface handles traffic, drains well, and doesn't turn into a muddy mess every time it rains. It's the kind of practical addition that makes a property genuinely usable rather than just looking cleared.

What we ended up with is a property that went from a problem to an asset. Clean, organized, seeded where it needs to be green, and parked where it needs to be hard. That's the goal with every lot like this - not just clearing it, but setting it up so it actually works for whoever owns it.

If you've got a lot that's been sitting overgrown and doing nothing for you, this kind of work is more straightforward than most people think. Land clearing, grading, seeding, gravel - we handle all of it start to finish.
